Our in-house staff, based in Paris, works with an international network of professional and independent translators. These translators live in the target mother country, guarantying quality translation by people in the field.

We have built this network of translators around the world in order to maximize our translating capabilities.

Your translation is managed by a Project Manager who is responsible for carrying out the project
in accordance with our procedures and the client agreement.

The Project Manager is the liaison beetween the client and the translator and deals especially with terminology issues and questions relating to the comprehension of the document, while respecting delivery date.

If necessary, the Project Manager endeavoures to obtain supplementary information and clarification of ambiguities in the source text by contacting the client.

He coordinates the team, ensures contact is maintained with all parties involved in the process, monitores the process timetable and gives clearance for delivery.

He supervises an Administrative Assistant who receives orders and sends the translations. He is responsible for taking your orders and ensuring that they undergo full administrative processing prior to the translation phase. His role is also to guarantee your deadline
